2) - Your guests systematically receive their personalized invitations by email each time they register for your event, without you having to do anything.

3) - On the day of your event, make sure that only your guests are present with you , by scanning the QR codes displayed on the personalized invitations with a phone.

4) - During your event, communicate and share numerous memories (texts, photos, videos, etc.) between participants , thanks to the private interactive group (optional) BaCy- Event created especially for the occasion.

5) - After your event, your guests receive standardized or personalized thank you messages (with the help of the BaCy -Event team) for their presence.
